I was told there should be a shelter cabin with<\/span><span title=\"Daar zou een schuilhutje staan met twee houten britsen.\">&nbsp;two wooden bunks. <\/span><span title=\"Maar van wandelaars had ik al gehoord, dat die hut het thuis was van een napoleontisch leger muggen.\">But from walkers I&nbsp;also had heard that the cabin was the home to a Napoleonic army of mosquitoes. <\/span><span title=\"En zo was het ook.\">And so it was. <\/span><span title=\"Dan maar tenten naast de hut.\">Then just tenting next to the cabin.&nbsp;During my <\/span><span title=\"Met het snel de tent inkruipen werd ik gevolgd door een wolk van wel 100 vliegjes en muggen.\">rapid&nbsp;leap into the tent I was followed by a cloud of flies and mosquitoes. <\/span><span title=\"Dat kostte alvast 30 min. slagerswerk.\">It took 30 minutes&nbsp;of butcher work to kill them all. <\/span><span title=\"Tosca was \u201causrangiert\u201d en viel direct in slaap.\">Tosca was &#8220;ausrangiert&#8221; and fell asleep&nbsp;instantly.&nbsp;Tosca wasn&#8217;t<\/span><span title=\"Ze had niet eens meer interesse in het rendierbot, dat ik de halve dag in mijn zak had meegedragen voor haar, als toetje.\">&nbsp;even interested in the&nbsp;reindeer bone, that I had carried in my pocket half the day for her dessert. <\/span><span title=\"Zo kon ik rustig in de tent eten en schrijven.&#10;&nbsp;\">So I could eat quietly in the tent and write.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/span><span title=\"Morgen hoeven we maar een halve dag, naar Kvikkjokk, een km.\">Tomorrow we only have half a day to go to Kvikkjokk,&nbsp;about<\/span><span title=\"of 12.&#10;&nbsp;\"> 12 km.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/span><span title=\"Als het zo doorgaat ben ik tussen eind aug. en 7 sept.\">If this continues I&#8217;ll be at Cape North &nbsp;between the end of August&nbsp;&nbsp;and Sept. 7.<\/span><span title=\"op de Noordkaap.&#10;&nbsp;\"><br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/span><span title=\"N.b. Omdat gisteren mijn camera en Ipad leeg waren heb ik geen foto\u2019s van die dagen\">N.B.
