Yves got up at the same time I did, made coffee, layed the table, made breakfast and put extra bread for me on the table to take with me. Because Patricia all week had to get up at 5 she stayed in the bed and slept a little longer. Yves helped picking up Leon, who was in the TP meadow at least 1 km. away. He helped saddling the horse and together we went on our way, I walking, Yves rather sparsely clothed with bare calves, on his bike. After a few km. I gave him my gloves so he did not freeze completely. Leon runs slow 3 to 4 km. per hour. After 11 km. Yves turned and left me alone. I forgot to charge the batteries of my gps. While I was looking for other batteries in my backpack in the cold, a little groupe of mountain biking younger elderly  guys came over. Stop. Where I was going? I told them (photo). Though they admired my principle, they also thought it was completely idiot. I told them they were completely right. Fortunately one of them added that he was happy once in a while meeting a few abnormal persons. Fine then, thank you.<\/p>\n

The GPS worked again.
\nThe predictions of bad weather were right, but little by little it got better, sometimes even a little warm in the sun. Leon walked painfully slow again, though he had had a large meadow with grass. Today I decided to follow no longer the indicated route of Santiago. Nor the Grande Randonn\u00e9e 654, which largely coincides with the previous one. They lead you on muddy forest roads, wet field paths, albeit along beautiful nooks and winding paths, but it keeps me up too much. Moreover, sometimes you get lost. I just followed the quiet, paved back roads: much faster, not getting lost in the dark woods and I keep my feet dry. I even dared to take time to treat myself in a pizzeria. \nAnd thus, faster than expected, still in the sunny afternoon, I reached the Castle of Ribagnac , the vacation resort of fellow Marietje, my collegue in our office . Marietje had booked my asylum here and , although the family actually receives no guests in the winter , they made an exception for me . I sleep in the castle , share the meals with them, my laundry is done , everything is free and it’s another great boost of my deprived situation lately. Only one bad thing: Tosca is not inside. She is dry under a canopy , on a blanket and with her jacket on . Clear sky and it freezes at night. Now at 9 p.m. Tosca’s food is a mixture of bread, cheese and some other leftovers. Sotoday , so far , everything all right.<\/p>\n
