In 2010 Sonja and I were on vacation in Mongolia. In the Gobi desert I saw a couple brindle horses, that\u2019s a stripes design like a tiger, which is very rare among horses.<\/p>\n

I got the idea to come back and find a few horses like that and walk all the way back to the Netherlands with them, which is 7500 km.<\/p>\n

I quit the idea and instead I determined to make a trip from Cadiz in the south of Spain to Cape North in the north of Norway, a trip about as long as Mongolia-Netherlands.<\/p>\n
